What’s Included in HIXS Delivery?

Your HIXS Delivery plan includes a fully integrated online store with your own .com domain, web hosting, 10 professional email accounts, an SSL security certificate, WooCommerce™ integration, secure interbank payment processing with Stripe™ and/or PayPal™, and Google Maps™ integration for home delivery services.

All our online stores are delivered with a quality assurance guarantee.

What is the delivery timeline for HIXS Delivery?

The delivery timeline for HIXS Delivery is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, provided all required information, products, and resources are supplied on time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, checks, and cash.

Which payment processor do you use?

We currently work with Stripe™ and PayPal™. Each platform applies different transaction fees, and both are 100% secure for online store integration. We handle the full API integration so you can focus on selling.

Can I manage HIXS Delivery myself?

Yes. Your online store is fully manageable by you. Once the platform is completed, we provide a training session via Zoom or Google Meet where we explain how to edit, add, or remove products, as well as manage delivery schedules.

What is the hiring process like?

The hiring process requires an upfront deposit to begin the project. In most cases, this is 50% to start and the remaining 50% is paid once the website is published. For certain plans, the deposit is 70%, with the remaining 30% due at launch.

How long is HIXS Delivery valid?

Your online store is valid for one year starting from the date of purchase and web hosting activation. To keep your website online, annual renewal of web hosting and the .com domain is required.

Can I use my own external hosting?

Yes. If you already have web hosting with another provider and only need us to deploy the website on that server, that’s not a problem. Please note that if the website goes down or is compromised due to issues related to third-party hosting, HIXS is not responsible. In such cases, responsibility lies with the client.
